HULK SMASH! Needle Felted Incredible Hulk

Run Red Run Needle Felted Incredible Hulk Here he is, my woolen version of the gamma irradiated beast known to most as the Incredible Hulk. I really like the Edward Norton film that came out a few years ago and with the Hulk’s role in the upcoming Avengers movie it seemed like a great time to team up with illustrator Vince Dorse to explore the character.  You can see the designs my needle felted Hulk was based on in his post at his blog.

He’s sculpted around an armature and, to add an extra punch, I constructed his arms in a way that allows them to smash the ground with unstoppable force! Ok, maybe not unstoppable, but it’s fun to pretend this guy is pummeling the heck out of the bad guys… or just giving Thor a workout.

Hi AJ. The Hulk on my site is no longer available, but I can make another Hulk if you want to purchase one. They’re handmade, so it won’t be exactly the same as the one on the site, but I can make it to look similar. You can email me at runredrun@ymail.com so we can talk about the specifics. Thanks. -Michelle
